Att. Necmettin Yalçın SALT completed his primary and secondary education at Adana Bilfen Schools and graduated from Özyeğin University Faculty of Law. During and after his university education, he participated in many local and international conferences. In 2015 and 2016, he was involved in academic studies in the field of Turkish and German Criminal Law comparison at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. Following the theoretical courses he received in Turkey, Necmettin Yalçın SALT completed his program education and subsequently worked at and attended trials in the European Court of Human Rights (Strasbourg), the European Court of Justice (Luxembourg), and the Permanent International Criminal Court (The Hague), receiving training from the judges there.

Necmettin Yalçın SALT, apart from writing articles and texts in relevant journals and other publications, has contributed to a legal work titled "Expertise in Criminal Procedure Law," where he addressed the provisions related to expertise in the Croatian Criminal Procedure Act and compared them with the Turkish Criminal Procedure Code.

In addition to his work in criminal law, Necmettin Yalçın SALT also conducts research in Corporate Law, Information Technology Law, Health Law, and Labor Law - Collective Labor Agreements. Moreover, he continues to focus particularly on the management of debtor companies and carries out duties as a Concordat Commissioner - Expert Witness in Law (Commerce) Courts.

Outside his professional activities, Necmettin Yalçın SALT is an active participant in various non-governmental organizations, taking part in numerous projects with associations and foundations aimed at search and rescue operations and the protection of human rights.
