Having graduated from Özyeğin University Faculty of Law in 2016, Attorney M. Serkan Yağcı started his career working in one of the leading law firms in Türkiye. Yağcı is specialized in Commercial Law, Labor and Social Security Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Rental Law, and Sports Law. He provides consultancy, receivables collection and collection, and contract services to leading textile, automotive, tourism, real estate and construction companies in their sectors. Yağcı also served as the Vice President of Özyeğin University Alumni Association and as a Board Member of the Eurasia Branch of the Young Leaders and Entrepreneurs (JCI) Association. Yağcı’s articles on Tax Law are published on the Startup Law website, and he has 7 academic translations in books published by Seçkin Publishing House in the fields of Health Law, Child Law, Criminal Procedure Law and Sports Law.
