Doğan Recai Salt graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1985. Beginning his professional career in Istanbul Kadıköy, our founder, Attorney Doğan Recai SALT, later served as legal counsel for large-scale companies and holdings in Adana, both nationally and internationally. Since the early 2000s, he has also been specializing in labor law, particularly in the context of unions and collective labor agreements, and has been serving as an expert forensic accountant in legal courts. Throughout his career, our founder Doğan Recai SALT has also acted as legal counsel in employer-employee relations and continues to provide legal consultancy and advisory services to numerous local and international companies.
In addition to practicing law for over 25 years, Doğan Recai SALT has been working as an Expert Forensic Accountant on specific cases, and he also serves as a Mediator and Concordat Commissioner. Leveraging his knowledge and experience as a concordat commissioner, he provides legal consultancy to large-scale companies in the field of Corporate Debt Management.
Doğan Recai SALT is married and has one son.
