Attorney Damla Şişman graduated from the Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2017. Following her legal internship, she worked at various law firms before joining the team at Salt Law Office in 2020. She specializes in Obligations Law and Corporate Law, focusing on topics such as Management Boards in Legal Entities, General Assemblies of Companies, and Local and International Arbitration.
