Caner Pekcan, who has been a member of the Turkish Bar Association and also the Istanbul Bar Association since 2014, graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University (a member of Laureate International Universities) with his thesis on "Protection of Personal Data in Human Resources". His professional background focuses on E-Commerce Law, Trademark Law, Intellectual Property Law, Personal Data Law, Labor Law, Commercial Contracts Law, Criminal Law, Sports and Entertainment Law and preventive law in terms of employer representation. He specializes in commercial dispute resolution, corporate law, enforcement law and international trade law. Thanks to his close collaboration with the IT team, he works as a lawyer and writer in accordance with Personal Data Protection, Cyber Security and E-Commerce Law and training programs.
He represents his clients in the fields of alternative dispute resolution and jurisdiction before first instance courts and courts of appeal. Its services include preparation and coordination of compliance projects, provision of legal opinions, training and promotional organizations. Caner Pekcan is also a member of Pekcan Tax&Law, Turkey Young Businessmen Association (TUGİAD, Jeune, G20 Yea and Yes for Europe member), Bursaspor Clubs Association, Kadir Has University Alumni Association, Bilgi University Alumni Association.
