Having graduated from Özyeğin University Faculty of Law in 2017, Yazıcı has stood out with her interdisciplinary perspective as well as her academic success throughout her education life.
Yazıcı, who has advanced proficiency in English and German, started her legal career in Türkiye's leading prestigious law firms. She developed the competence to internalize different sector dynamics and produce multidimensional solutions by providing consultancy to multinational companies and local businesses, especially leading construction, textile and food companies in the sector.
In 2017, she participated in special studies on Turkish-German Law in Frankfurt and Heidelberg, and also took part in various training programs in the field of international law, reinforcing her practical and theoretical knowledge of the European legal system.
His areas of expertise include Labor Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate Law, Association Law and Personal Data Protection; he has deep experience in both consultancy and litigation processes. He provides strategic guidance especially in company structuring, share transfer agreements and corporate restructuring processes.
