Alper Pekcan, who has been a member of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations since 2015, transferred from Istanbul Bar to Bursa Bar in 2020. He continues his studies under the title of Temporary Legal Protections at Bilgi University Economics Law Graduate Program.
His profession focuses mainly on Labor Law, Commercial Contracts Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law and preventive law from the perspective of employer representation, Atty. Alper Pekcan works intensively in the related branches of law including financial technologies, talent management, marketing and sales processes. He is also an expert in commercial dispute resolution, corporate law, transportation law and international commercial law and has served as a jury in the ELSA moot court. Due to his close cooperation with the IT team, he works as a lawyer and writer in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law and education programs.
He is experienced in representing his clients before courts of first instance and appeal courts in the fields of alternative dispute resolution and adjudication. Its services include preparation and coordination of harmonization projects, provision of legal opinions and opinions, education and presentation organizations.
Alper Pekcan is a member of Pekcan Tax&Law, Young Businessperson Association of Turkey, Bursaspor Club Association and Yeditepe University Alumni Association.
